Heidi Fleiss arrested during investigation of Impaired Driver

On 02/07/2008 at 09:23, Deputies were dispatched to respond to Emery St. and Oxbow to a report of a possible drunk driver. Deputy Tidmarsh arrived and made contact with the driver, identified as Heidi Fleiss.

During the investigation she was found to have prescription narcotics on her person, not in a perscription bottle, and could produce no evidence that the prescription pain medication had been prescribed to her. She was arrested and transported to NCSO Detention. During the course of the investigation the male passenger in her vehicle, John Owen , was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of marijuana. He too was arrested and transported to NCSO Detention.

Heidi Fleiss (age 42) Booked on: 483.350, 00943, Drivers License not in Possession 454.316, 02523, Poss. Dangerous Drugs w/o Prescription 453.411, 02603, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance 484.379, 01046, Driving under the Influence Bail $1376.00

John Owen (age 53) Booked on: 453.336-4, 09955, Poss. Under 1 oz Marijuana 453.411, 02603, Under the Influence Controlled Substance Bail $ 1264.00
