In February of 2007 a burglar/arson was reported and numerous items were taken from the residence.
December of 2007 Nye County General Assignment Detectives received information that one of the stolen guns had been pawned at the local Super Pawn. The gun was recovered from Super Pawn.
During subsequent investigation it was identified that the stolen gun had originated from MEZA and BARRY. Interviews were conducted of MEZA and BARRY who identified that the stolen gun had been received from ANDERSON and they knew that it was stolen.
MEZA and BARRY were arrested and booked into the Nye County Detention Center pending bail.
ANDERSON was located and arrested and is being held in the Nye County Detention Center with no bail on District Court Warrants.
While Nye County General Assignment Detectives were at the above residence interviewing MEZA and BARRY on other related matters a search of the property was conducted.
During the search a large piano was located. This piano was stolen from the YOST residence. MEZA and BARRY indicated that KREIDEL had brought the piano to them.
All three subjects are being held on a total of $75,000 bail each.
An independent witness confirmed that KREIDEL had brought the stolen piano over to the residence and that MEZA and BARRY had received the stolen property. The piano was returned to the victim's representative.
MEZA, BARRY and KREIDEL were arrested and booked into the Nye County Detention Center.
